1. Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your confirmed Vastu or Numerology consultation session, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot. We will gladly adjust your session to a mutually convenient date at no extra charge.
2. Cancellations Before Service Delivery
If a consultation fee has been paid and you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the analysis or session begins, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward future consultations.
3. Post-Consultation Policy
Once a consultation session has been conducted and customized Vastu or Numerology reports/remedies have been delivered, refunds are not applicable as personal time and professional evaluation services have been rendered. However, we remain committed to customer satisfaction and offer complimentary follow-up support to answer any clarifying questions.
